8 Weeks - Biggest Loser/Boot Camp will begin on January 10, 2012, watch for details.
8 Weeks - YOGA - Class will begin on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 - 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Cost: $20 for members if paid in full or $3 per session - $35 for non-members if paid in full or $5 per session.
Class description: Gentle yoga flow that incorporates strength & relaxation poses, great for all ages and fitness levels, the class will be taught by Kena Keller of Union, MI.
Please dress appropriately in comfortable clothing, bring your own “sticky mat” and yoga props if you have any.
Saurday, September 3 and Monday, September 5 the Fitness Center will be CLOSED in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 5th.
Constantine will be hosting a back to school fair to be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 9:00am through 1:00pm at the High School. There will be food and door prizes and admission is free. More inforamtion is included in the flyer below.

CCFC & CPS will be hosting a “Back To School Fair” on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011 9:00 AM - 1:00 at Constantine High School 1 Falcon Drive
This FAIR will be FREE - FREE FOOD - DOOR PRIZES - ALL AGES -
Some agencies that will be participating: Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph County Health Department - School Immunizations, Area Police Departments - Bike Rodeo, Car Seat Checks, Child Fingerprinting, CPS staff - Q & A on computer issues, and so much more.
This event is growing, the Constantine Cross Country Team will be hosting a FREE 1 mile walk/run and a FREE 5k Run/Walk on the CPS cross country course, this will be at 9:30 a.m.

Saturday, April 30, 2011 The event will begin and end at the Constantine Middle School/High School Campus. Persons with questions or who would like to help are asked to contact Greg Hoover at the Hoover State Farm Insurance Agency in Constantine (435-4515) or Mark Honeysett at the Constantine Village Office (435-2085). Registration forms are available at State Farm or the Village Office. (we will get some to have on hand at the fitness center) Registration forms may be filled out and dropped off at either location along with your registration fee. As with all events, volunteers will be needed. Please come on out and run/walk or volunteer to help! Thank you!
FREE - Meet at the Fitness Center on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. - go for a walk or a run with others. Someone from the group can take charge and choose the route; around town or around the school property. Bring a friend and keep moving! We have several 3 mile routes. 4 times around the track is 1 mile.
Log your miles and see if you can reach 100 miles by Labor Day.
