You can purchase a CCFC T-shirt in a bright color that matches the cleaning towels. Bright Blue, Yellow, Green and Orange are available for $10 in the fitness center. Come on in and get color coordinated!

Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 CCFC will host CONSTANTINE HEALTH & FITNESS FAIR - mini classes, fitness, beauty, health and more, details to follow. If you would like to help or be a part of this day please contact the fitness center during business hours.

A 6 week Yoga class will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 14th, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 
Cost - $30 for members if paid in full or $7 per session - $42 for non-members if paid in full or $9 per session Make checks payable to CCFC.
